Ticket Terms and Conditions

It is necessary a valid ticket and an ID document to access EponaFest.

The ticket is personal and not transferable; the visitor is responsible for the accuracy of the personal information referred to the ticket.

It is not possible to delegate the use of the ticket.

The staff of EponaFest can verify the validity of tickets and ID documents at any moment, from the beginning until the end of the event.

In case of invalidity of the tickets, inaccuracy of the information or not compliance with the Convention Regulation, EponaFest Staff has the right to revoke the ticket and expel the visitor from the event.

The ticket is not refundable, not voidable and not replaceable.

In case of impossibility to carry on the event, for any reason referable to Italian-Swiss Bronies APS, the visitor can decide to use the ticket for a successive edition of EponaFest, or to be refunded on the same payment method used during the purchase of the same ticket.

In case of change of the Ticket Rules, Italian-Swiss Bronies APS will communicate the change to the visitor using the email contact indicated at the moment of the purchase; after 30 days from the communication, in absence of contestations,
the modifications will be considered accepted.

È necessario un biglietto ed un documento validi per accedere ad EponaFest.

Il biglietto è personale e non trasferibile; il visitatore è responsabile per l’accuratezza delle informazioni personali riferite al biglietto.

Non è possibile delegare ad altri l’uso del biglietto.

Lo Staff di EponaFest può verificare la validità del biglietto e del documento di riconoscimento del visitatore in ogni momento, dall’inizio alla fine dell’evento.

In caso di invalidità del biglietto, erroneità delle informazioni ivi contenute o mancato rispetto del Regolamento della Convention, lo Staff di EponaFest ha il diritto di revocare il biglietto ed espellere il visitatore dall’evento.

Il biglietto è non rimborsabile, non annullabile e non sostituibile.

In caso di impossibilità di condurre l’evento, per qualsiasi ragione riconducibile ad ‘Italian-Swiss Bronies APS’, il visitatore può decidere di utilizzare lo stesso biglietto per una edizione successiva di EponaFest, o di essere rimborsato sul medesimo mezzo di pagamento utilizzato al momento dell’acquisto del biglietto.

In caso di cambiamento delle Regole dei Biglietti, Italian-Swiss Bronies APS comunicherà tale cambiamento al visitatore tramite l’email di contatto indicata al momento dell’acquisto; dopo 30 giorni dalla comunicazione, in assenza di contestazioni,
le modifiche saranno considerate accettate.
