Thank you for your interest in vending at EponaFest! We are looking forward to seeing you there!
Vendors will have by default 1 table (175 x 75cm). If you need additional items, leave them in the "Additional Requests" field below (e.g. fans, electrical sockets, billboards...)
One table will cost 50€ to reserve, An additional table will be +50€. An Additional half-table is +30€ Additional items may incur in additional charges.
We will assign tables following logistics and other necessities, but we will take into consideration your requests, such as wanting to have your table next to a friend or to be nearby the door, so please let us know if you have any such preference.
Once you submit your application, our team will review the submission. It will take time to go through all applications, so please be patient.
If your application is accepted, we will contact you through your email and will send you a contract. Once you sign it, you will be officially part of the convention!

Insert your Ticket code (is not needed now, but at the time of the convention you'll need it)

If you want to bring any assistant to help you, specify how many, their name, vendor name they'll be using at the convention (on their badge), and if they have a ticket, the ticket code (please note: they will need to buy a ticket if they don't have it now!)
