Application General Info

We are looking forward to your submissions to extend and complete the EponaFest schedule with your ideas!
Once you submit your application, our team will review the submission. It will take time to go through all applications, so please be patient.
If your application is accepted, we will contact you through your email and will send you a contract.
Once you sign the contract, you will be officially part of the convention!

Which materials or equipment will you bring? Every panel will have a beamer by default. Please note the shape of the Italian outlet and voltages (we run on 230V/50Hz), bring an adapter if you need one!
